How we approach it
Most WordPress sites work fine on the day they launch. The trouble starts three months later, when someone needs to change a heading and finds it buried six levels deep in a page builder, or adds a news post and watches the layout fall apart because nobody planned for a second one.
So the build starts with structure, not decoration. Differential AI came to us as a stack of PowerPoint slides — the content existed, but the order made sense to the people who wrote it and to nobody else. We worked out what a first-time visitor needed to read first, rebuilt the architecture around that, and designed pages to fit it. Hope and Humanity Trust was the opposite problem: a mission, a set of community programmes and real impact all competing for the same space above the fold.
