What are some things I need to prepare for before starting?
We’ll definitely need access to your WordPress admin dashboard and if you’re not hosting your website with us, we’ll also need access to where your site is hosted. We may ask for your domain registrar login as well if different from where your site is hosted.
How long does it take to get a response when submitting new tickets?
We usually respond to new tickets the same day they are submitted, but can take up to 24 business hours.
How long does the Dev Artistry Hub+ onboarding process take?
Once we’ve received the required login information the Dev Artistry Hub+ onboarding can be completed in 1-2 days. If you’re also migrating a website the process can be a little longer, typically 5 -7 days.
I’m migrating my site also, will I have any downtime on my website?
The migration process is very seamless and there is usually little to no downtime.
How do I know how many hours have been used?
We can provide you a detailed report of hours used when needed or on a set cadence that you determine.
How and when am I billed?
You will be billed monthly on the 1st of each month for the all hours used the previous month. For example on November 1st, you’d be billed for all hours used in October.
